"Unfortunately, these defenseless mothers are shut out in the cold by a corrupt court system that was designed to protect the innocent." - Colleen Kerwick, Attorney At Law

New York, NY (PRWEB) August 24, 2013

Notable New York attorney at law Colleen Kerwick is on a mission, right injustices in the family court system. In an all too familiar tale, the wealthy are treated with special privileges that the rest of the population does not receive. Although the screenplay is a fictional work, the premise of the story is an unfortunate truth.

"I've spoken with many mothers in this situation. They can't afford to hire a high profile attorney like their husbands can, they can't afford second and third opinions proving their mental and emotional stability. Unfortunately, these defenseless mothers are shut out in the cold by a corrupt court system that was designed to protect the innocent," says Colleen Kerwick.

When asked about her screenplay Colleen Kerwick says, "I started writing because I wanted to help a couple of people. Then I met the mothers and now I want to change the entire system. I hope this film will be able to bring to light the severity of the problem."

Redemption of a Stepford Wife is a engaging tale of woe with a dose of comic relief that is both educational as well as entertaining.
