Central Penn Business Journal Recognizes CSIA President Tara Mashack-Behney for Her Business and Community Leadership.

The Central Penn Business Journal annually highlights 25 women leaders who are influential in their companies, industries and communities. Award recipients are chosen based on their experience, integrity, leadership and proven track record of accomplishments.

As president of Conrad Siegel Investment Advisors, Mashack-Behney has helped to grow the firm’s offerings while maintaining the founding vision to put client’s best interests first. This past year, Mashack-Behney led the firm to outstanding success achieving an industry gold standard of over $1 billion in assets under management.

Serving the community, Mashack-Behney speaks frequently on the hurdle for women in investing and educates other women on how to better handle their finances. She has been featured in the Central Penn Business Journal, witf Smart Talk, The Wall Street Journal and WPMT-TV Fox 43 and is this year’s keynote speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession’s Spring Conference.
