Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 15, 2013 -- ControlByNet, (CBN), a leader in cloud-based, hosted video security surveillance solutions, announced today the release of i-flashback CLOUD 6.2 including a new interface design and additional management features for its cloud customers. In addition, the new i-flashback CLOUD release allows CBN's ip-LookOUT customers to utilize these new features for their guard stations. ControlByNet’s i-flashback CLOUD provides businesses with immediate storage on the cloud to help fight crime, as well as improve sales and operations.
“ControlByNet continues to focus on providing our customers with the best in true cloud-based video surveillance,” said Ryan Strange, CEO of ControlByNet. “With i-flashback CLOUD the video is always safe and secure on the cloud versus recorded locally and uploaded later to a storage device. Our newest enhancements aim to provide customers with optimum ease-of-use and flexibility. Our goal is to allow our customers to be as proactive as possible to respond appropriately to any situation with real-time and accurate information.”
i-flashback CLOUD enables users to view one or multiple properties over any web browser through a single log-in. With i-flashback CLOUD, recorded video is safely stored immediately off site. There is no ‘store and forward when convenient’; with i-flashback CLOUD, it is immediately safe and secure.
New features for i-flashback CLOUD version 6.2 include:
● New interface design
● Automated timeline for searching motion events
● Additional management features for controlling cloud customers
● Easy-to-use ‘Attach’ command enabling hosted servers to attach to an onsite customer server so all users and data are shared across an organization.
ip-LookOUT is CBN’s Guard Station Monitoring Solution. As the most advanced technology in the market, it enables a single guard to monitor hundreds of IP cameras. Motion events are displayed along with the associated videos. With a dual-screen layout, the guard also has access to every live video feed, as well as the past video events, without ever losing view of the action alerts. The application can instantly be running from any remote facility with no prior configuration allowing immediate redundancy in an emergency. Used in combination with i-flashback CLOUD, one guard would be looking at facilities around the world no matter where the location.
Enhancements for CBN’s ip-LookOUT customers include:
● Instant temporary region of interest override for alerts; weekend workers, late employee, etc. – allows guard to minimize false alerts
● Enhanced motion playback to show a monochrome image separating the motion events from the background to enable tracking even the smallest motion events
