CourtRecords.us.org Upgrading To Speed Up Their Search Service
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 09, 2014 -- CourtRecords.us.org is doing a major overhaul of their site and their software in order to speed up their public documents search service, the company announced yesterday.
“People expect searches to be as fast as possible,” a CourtRecords.us.org spokesman said. “In fact, one problem we've had is people clicking away before their report was prepared because they thought the system was hanging. That made it imperative to us to find ways to deliver our reports to their desktops and mobile devices more quickly.”
Currently it takes between three and five minutes for a background check to be prepared by the system, he said. With the software upgrade, that time should be cut down to 90 seconds or less.
“We've also taken steps to shorten the amount of time it takes before the search process starts,” he said. “This was done through a website redesign that helps people input their search terms and criteria over a fewer number of pages. All and all, it makes for a faster and more efficient system.”
The new software and site structure are currently in the beta testing process, he said.
“Once we are sure that there are no glitches or kinks in the system, we'll roll it out to the general public,” he said. “It took several months for our staff to code the new software and site changes, so we want to make sure they work flawlessly.”
