CriminalRecords.us.org to Review Customer Service Procedures
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) May 23, 2014 -- CriminalRecords.us.org has begun a comprehensive review of every aspect of their customer service process, the company said yesterday.
“During our quarterly staff meeting, we learned that our processes for resolving customer issues weren't as tight as they could be,” a CriminalRecords.us.org spokesman said. “So we have decided to do a review of what we're doing so that we can make improvements.”
The review will include telephone customer service, the website's live chat service, and social media interactions, he said.
“We've always had several ways for customers to get in touch with us,” he said. “But the procedures were different for each. We believe that with this review, we'll be able to streamline the procedures so all customers receive the same kind of service from our staff.”
The processes under review include billing questions, inquiries regarding legal terms on the reports, pricing options, and clarifications on how to use the reports, he said.
“Our number one priority has always been our customers,” he said. “We owe it to them to have the best customer service in the business, and we feel this review is the best place to start.”
The results of the review, which should take about a month, will be made public through the website blog, he said.
