DSD Business Systems Appoints New Chief Operating Officer
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) September 16, 2013 -- DSD Business Systems (http://www.DSDinc.com) announced earlier this week that Chief Financial Officer Kayley Bell has been appointed Chief Operating Officer, a new role within DSD Business Systems. Effective immediately, Bell will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of DSD’s Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance and Global Operations. Bell will remain as CFO, while also assuming the position of COO, and will continue to report to Doug Deane, President and CEO of DSD Business Systems. DSD Business Systems, a San Diego based reseller, specializes in the sale and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting software.
As CFO, Bell’s main responsibilities are forecasting, strategy and financial planning. With over sixteen years of experience in the Technology and Accounting field, Bell prides herself in understanding the importance of Human Capital Management in developing high performance employees and corporate cultures. She has focused on developing a highly responsive organization dedicated to improving customer performance.

Bell joined DSD Business Systems in 2004 as Controller and is active in the community. She is the Executive Secretary and Treasurer for the National Mountain Rescue Association, a nationally decorated organization, and has donated her time to Search and Rescue efforts for over 13 years.
