DSD Business Systems today announced their newest software enhancement for Sage 100 ERP, called InstaDocs. Unlike any other product on the market, InstaDocs is a document management and storage solution embedded within Sage 100 ERP software. This new solution allows electronic documents to be stored, viewed, and accessed directly within the Sage ERP system. The new product is available through DSD Business Systems, a San Diego based value-added reseller, specializing in the sale and implementation of business management and accounting software.
Sage 100 ERP users will now be able to store invoices in an internal database for easy access. This paperless office integration allows checks, orders, invoices, and statements to be automatically stored in PDF format within the appropriate Vendor or Customer directory. As documents are stored in Sage 100 ERP, they may also be tagged with specific keywords, which further allows documents to be located using a quick search tool.
