Local Animal Care Professionals Launch New Networking Group to Support Growing Pet Care Industry Needs of Delaware Valley Region
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PRWEB) July 11, 2013 -- Launched as a platform to connect and offer support to pet care providers across the Delaware Valley region the Delaware Valley Pet Care Professionals (DVPCP) networking group is officially welcoming new members. Founder of the group Taria Avery, Certified Pet Groomer and CEO of Avery’s Pet Styling Salon and Boutique, expressed her excitement about the promise of this new group.

Based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the DVPCP seeks to bridge the gap between pet care providers. Avery noted, “the pet care industry is vast and as a result we have varying experiences, but two things are constant – we all want to see the industry continue to grow and flourish, and we share a passion for the wellness of animals.”
Bridging this gap will allow care providers to come together and learn more about other aspects of the animal welfare culture in the region, generate and share ideas for growth, provide and offer resources to those considering career opportunities within the industry, and more importantly establish relationships with other organizations to facilitate mutually beneficial collaborations. In addition, the DVPCP organization will host regular events including educational seminars, networking events and participate in community outreach efforts.
