New York, NY (PRWEB) May 09, 2014
Chef Pasquale Marino has announced the addition of several new signature dishes to the menu at Da Marino. The dishes that have been added to the menu began as specials only, but, at the urging of a great deal of customers, Da Marino Chef Pasquale Marino decided to add the items to the menu on a permanent basis. The restaurant, which is highly-regarded and located right in the heart of Times Square, has also announced that these new signature dishes will be available to patrons immediately.
The story of Chef Pasquale Marino’s success is fairly well-documented, as he began learning the art of Italian cuisine from his grandmother in Calabria, Italy. After living and working in Italy, Germany, Finland and France, Chef Pasquale Marino eventually made his way to the United States, choosing to open his restaurant in New York City. For over 16 years, Da Marino has been an important part of New York culture, a place in which lifetime New Yorkers and city visitors gather together over a traditional Italian meal.
The new signature dishes all receive the same treatment that customers have come to expect from Da Marino. Chef Pasquale Marino has incredibly high standards of quality and will only use the freshest ingredients. All of the fresh ingredients in the new dishes come from the same Bronx marketplace that Chef Pasquale has traditionally frequented each morning, although the chef often chooses to use fresh ingredients from his personal garden in the springtime.
Though there have been some changes in the form of additions to the menu, the traditional “Old World” atmosphere of Da Marino remains. Due to the commitment to establishing this authentic atmosphere, along with the clear quality of the items on the menu, Da Marino has been a popular dining spot for a number of celebrities, and many television shows have used the restaurant as their setting.
Though some restaurants will be forced to remove certain items from the menu in order to add new dishes, such is not the case with Da Marino. All of the dishes that customers have become accustomed to still remain, and the new signature dishes have simply been added.
