2014 Dave Matthews Band Tour Tickets on Sale to the General Public Friday
(PRWEB) February 07, 2014 -- Could the summer really be the same without a Dave Matthews Band tour? We think not.
Known for their annual summer tours, Dave Matthews Band will not disappoint fans this year as their 2014 tour kicks off on May 16th in The Woodlands, Texas. The Grammy winners plan to make 42 stops throughout North America from May until September, making sure fans have the best summer ever.
Since their start in 1991, Dave Matthews Band has toured every year, with the exception of 2011, making this their 22nd year of touring together. They're making sure that this summer's tour is unlike any other by playing two sets at each of the 42 dates. Each night will showcase both an electric and a "looser," acoustic set.
"Our shows are loose, but we started thinking that maybe this summer we should make them looser and bring some of that feeling to the stage. It seems like the opposite of a safe plan, so why not?" Matthews said in interview (USA Today).
To date, Dave Matthews Band has sold over 30 million albums and was the first band to have six consecutive albums debut at number one on the Billboard 200. With the band pulling out all the stops this summer, this will be an event you will not want to miss. Dave Matthews Band tickets are available today at SuperStarTickets!
