Deep River Public Library Announces Digital Resources
Deep River, CT (PRWEB) August 18, 2014 -- Deep River Public Library has partnered with RBdigital from Recorded Books (Prince Frederick, MD) to deliver two electronic resources: OneClickdigital and IndieFlix.
OneClickdigital is an online service that allows patrons to check out eAudio and eBooks, including best-sellers, Recorded Books exclusives, selections for children and young adults, and much more. IndieFlix is a premier online streaming service provider of award-winning independent films, shorts and documentaries from around the world.
Through the library’s website, OneClickdigital gives Deep River Public Library patrons free access to eAudio and eBooks at home, in the library, or on the go. Many titles are multi-access, so multiple users can check out a given title at the same time, eliminating holds. OneClickdigital is compatible with all popular listening devices, and mobile apps are available for the iPhone®, Android™, and Kindle Fire. OneClickdigital features an easy-to-use interface with streamlined navigation, fast downloads, and automatic software updates. Live toll-free technical support is available at 1-877-77AUDIO.
Patrons of Deep River Public Library also have unlimited access to thousands of streaming film-festival hits, including the best of Sundance, Cannes, Tribeca, and more. IndieFlix is available on Apple®, Android™, and all Internet-enabled devices. Patrons can also watch movies on TV with their Roku devices.
“IndieFlix has a great selection of short and independent feature films,” said Tegan Mahford, a Deep River Public Library patron. “I love cruising the Staff Picks to find content that I wouldn’t normally have access to anywhere else. There are some phenomenal up and coming directors and talent to be discovered on IndieFlix.”
