Don Williams is a 56-year-old sports mental training coach and Christian believer. Before he even knew what actual power there was in the tongue, he had begun to use it to overcome severe addiction to drugs, alcohol, sex, and food. He finds great strength by using the right messages intake and right self-talks. Using sports mental training helped him to win world and national championships.
