ICTV Brands, Inc. (OTCQX: ICTV), (CSE: ITV), a digitally focused direct response marketing and branding company concentrated in the health, wellness and beauty sector is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with DR. HO’s Health and Wellness Company to market two of their core products: DR. HO’s Perfectback Rest and DR. HO’s Two-In-One Back Relief Belt. We plan to launch both products on our digital and marketing platform in January 2016.
ICTV will have the exclusive United States marketing rights to the Perfectback Rest in all formats with the exception of live televised home shopping. As part of the agreement, ICTV will be able to use a number of available creative assets including an already produced long form infomercial. The Perfectback Rest is designed to support the spine’s natural curve for comfort and to promote healthy posture. Engineered with 16 pressure point massagers to soothe achy muscles, it makes any chair in the office, car and home, a chair with “the perfect back”. It can also be used as a spinal bridge to stretch the spine and exercise the core.
ICTV has also secured the United States Hispanic Marketing rights to the Two-In-One Back Relief Belt. The Two-In-One Back Relief Belt is a decompression belt which is unlike any other support or back pain belt because it provides clinical grade traction and decompression therapy. Decompression is a proven technique endorsed by medical professionals used in both upper and low back pain treatment, without the need for surgery or drugs. The belt helps decompress the spinal discs while stretching and relaxing tight muscles to relieve lower back pain. This product has been a highly successful brand in the United States on television as well as in retail stores and we are excited to utilize our digital and marketing platform to bring this product into the US Hispanic market place.
