Dr. Stella Nowicki returns to literary limelight with a poetry collection reflecting her personal philosophy for a happy life in “Confidance” (published by Trafford Publishing). Originally published in February 2015, this poignant and powerful book reveals to readers a plethora of both extraordinary and ordinary experiences, touching souls with music of the imagination.
These humorous and insightful poems full of metaphor and analogy, punctuated by quotes from famous people, are written to inspire healing thoughts and positively impact people who are not afraid of taking chances and critics. “Confidance” is a provocative and original book of poetry where facts and feelings are imaginarily integrated in to the romance of reality and the drama of surrealism.
“Individuals of modern society experience drama – comedy and tragedy – of life in isolated soul. ‘Confidance’ is a compound of psychological recipes for drama of life in a short form of poems full of metaphor and humor to medicate human soul,” Nowicki says. She reminds readers: “Open your arms, the door to your heart and soul, and you never will be alone.”
Nowicki is an evocative and masterful poet that will entice and entertain both extraordinary and ordinary people with rollercoaster life experiences.
