DrivingHistory.com is starting a program where customers will be encouraged to review their experiences with their reports and services, the company announced yesterday.
“We want to get a sense of how we are doing and where we can improve,” a DrivingHistory.com spokesman said. “We believe that by getting customers to provide us with an honest review, we can find ways to improve and become an even more valuable service.”
Customers will be asked to write a company review on several occasions. The first will be as soon as they have completed the search process and gotten their report, he said.

“Knowing how people review us when they've had a problem will give us a second important data point,” he said. “It will help us make sure our customer service team is on track and getting the job done.”
Finally, DrivingHistory.com will contact people several days after they have received their report for a final review, he said.
“Seeing how people were able to use our reports and how they feel about them down the line will be the most important part of the review of all,” he said. “It let's us know how people feel about us in the long term.”
