If even a few calls go untracked, the revenue loss can be astounding. That’s where Abillity comes in – it provides legal firms the perfect timekeeping solution for their team to capture every call, every time.

Plano, TX (PRWEB) March 21, 2014

ESI, an innovative designer and manufacturer of high-performance business telephone systems and cloud services, today announced it will demonstrate its cloud-based billing app Abillity at the ABA TECHSHOW, March 27 – 29 in Chicago, Ill. Abillity automatically tracks billable time spent on desktop and mobile phones, helping lawyers reclaim lost time and revenue as calls take place in real time.

“When surveying lawyers, we found that 25 percent of their time is spent on work-related calls every month,” said George Platt, ESI’s chief executive officer. “If even a few calls go untracked, the revenue loss can be astounding. That’s where Abillity comes in – it provides legal firms the perfect timekeeping solution for their team to capture every call, every time.”

With a simple and intuitive interface, any firm can download Abillity to a desktop or Android-based mobile smartphone. At the end of a call, Abillity automatically prompts the user to classify if the call is billable, and record or type a memo about the call. The call is then securely exported into the Abillity Web portal where users can review billing records, control the data and make edits. With administrative controls and 265-bit SSL encryption, firms can remain confident that their client data is safe and secure in the cloud.

“Since releasing Abillity in beta last year, industry feedback has been tremendous,” said Platt. “Lawyers no longer need to dig through notes, emails and calendar appointments to reconstruct billable phone time. Abillity is efficient and easy, allowing lawyers to bridge the gap between what is billable and non-billable without wasting any time.”

In addition to demonstrating Abillity, ESI will also showcase its suite of Cloud Services at the ABA TECHSHOW.
