The Stevie awards, a nickname for the American Business Awards, has been highlighted as “the Oscars of the business world”, a title industry insiders would deem fitting. Highlighting the achievements and contributions of companies across the nation, merely being a contender to win a Stevie is a massive distinction.
Recently, Endurance was named a finalist in the category of Best Customer Service Department of the Year, among more than 3,300 organizations that submitted nominations this year. Customer Service Director, Steven Kay, says the company is extraordinarily proud of this honor.
“It really is astounding” Kay says, “Every day we try our best to ensure that we do everything we can to make our customers happy but receiving recognition from the Stevie awards for doing so is an absolute honor.” Kay adds, “ Our customers’ needs come second to none. We do everything we can to provide industry-leading service to everyone, whether they are a policy holder or not.”
As a first-time finalist for the award, Endurance was screened by more than 130 business professionals to receive its nomination. Past Stevie winners include: Google, Cars.com, Apple, Heineken, Nascar, and more.
The Stevie awards will be held on Friday, June 13, 2014 in the Imperial Ballroom at the Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Hotel in Chicago, IL where the final winners will be announced. More than eight hundred executives from some of the biggest companies across the nation are expected to attend the event.
