Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Ethel J. Davis, VZD Capital Management LLC, has been chosen as one of Kansas City’s Five Star Wealth Managers for 2016.
Five Star Professional partnered with KC Magazine to recognize a select group of Kansas City-area wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. Ethel will be featured, along with other award winners, in a special section of the January issue.
“VZD Capital Management, LLC is a registered investment advisory firm based in Leawood, Kansas. The firm was founded in 2012 on the strong foundational principles of fairness and integrity. VZD is a small, independent and private firm, for we value the independence, flexibility and ability to make difficult decisions that benefit the clients without interference from a biased culture that so many larger firms face,” says Ethel.
The Five Star Wealth Manager award program is the largest and most widely published wealth manager award program in the financial services industry. The award is based on a rigorous, multifaceted research methodology, which incorporates input from peers and firm leaders along with client retention rates, industry experience and a thorough regulatory history review.
“This award is very important to me because it represents financial professionals who believe in providing exceptional results consistently without sacrificing integrity or ethics. I have been tried, tested and even burden with doubt from naysayers, yet I have proven that cutting corners was not an option,” Ethel states. “This honor has shown me how strong and resilient one can be given the right circumstances. This award goes to my parents, family, friends and clients who believe that faith, determination and passion are the key ingredients for a purpose-driven life.”
“It is a privilege to present exceptional wealth managers with the Five Star award each year. These select wealth managers have worked hard to get where they are with a deep knowledge of their industry and care for their clients,” says Lynn Hargreaves, VP, Research and Services Operations, Five Star Professional.
