Express Auctioneers to Manage Annual Collector Car Auction in May 2014
Ocean City, Maryland (PRWEB) March 10, 2014 -- Express Auctioneers announces their conduction and management of the Collector Car Auction at the 24th annual Ocean City, Maryland “Crusin’ Weekend” held May 15th to May 18th. This spring event, held at the Ocean City Convention Center, draws over 10,000 cars and 40,000 people on the beach and throughout the resort town.
Over 100 collector cars will be offered for sale at auction starting 11am EST on May 15th and May 16th. The preview will be held at 9am EST both days. This auction will include hot rods, muscle cars, sports cars, exotic cars and more. More specifically: a 2009 Ferrari Scuderia Spider 16M convertible, 2001 Ferrari 550 Barchetta convertible. In the past years Express Auctioneers has offered prior to the start of the car auction road art and petroliana collections.
Scheduled to appear at the event is Mike Henry (Horny Mike) from Counting Cars, McKenzie Phillips and Paul LeMat from the movie American Graffiti.

Ocean City’s Crusin’ Weekend event hosts one of the largest car shows on the east coast. There will be more than 350 awards selected by various businesses, town representatives, community leaders, event sponsors and others. Boardwalk Parades are scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. Cars will parade from North Division St. south to the inlet parking lot starting at 8am. Car show hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. General Admission is $10, children under 14 are free with an adult.
