Challenge: Managing a Distant Workforce

Founded in 1959, Amtec is a professional recruiting company that enjoyed steady growth with commercial clients. With only 54 users and one office at the beginning of the project, Amtec was a fairly small organization with a basic phone system.

However, in August 2012, the organization had grown to over 90 users and realized their need for a structured phone system with on-premise control of communications. Upon acquiring offices in the Philippines and in the Pacific Northwest, managing a distant workforce became a higher priority and a higher need.
