Tannenbaum Helpern is pleased to announce that George F. du Pont, a partner in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, has been appointed Chair of the E-Discovery Working Group of the New York City Bar Association. The Working Group focuses on e-discovery issues and in May, 2013, published an e-discovery guide for lawyers.
