A looking glass into the limitless bounty of the mind, "Gigi and the Little Ones" recaptures the joys of childhood in this timeless celebration of beauty, fantasy and individuality.

Everyone, it is often asserted, is entitled to their own opinions. But why do so many people get persecuted when they go against popular belief? In a book that opens this harsh and often cruel reality of adulthood to children, author Jerri R. Greene reveals a profound story that aids the young ones to receive such norms with grace of character and wisdom of spirit.

"Gigi and the Little Ones" (published by Xlibris) is the first in a series of books that cultivates children's imagination and timeless values. In this book, Greene tells the story of a young Irish girl who can see fairies. It chronicles the exciting adventures, fun and danger that Gigi and her friends experience, while Gigi learns about the magical and powerful creatures she thought were make believe. Why does Gigi see these creatures when others cannot - even when they are right in front of people's faces? The answer is a poignant reminder of man's innate capacity for the creative, and admonishes how growing up seems to cap one's ability to imagine.

The story seeks to reach out to children everywhere who face similar issues as Gigi and encourages them, instead of mindlessly flow with the norm, to nourish their intellectual and creative genius and nurture that self-belief with which the pillars of one's identity are anchored.

An excerpt from "Gigi and the Little Ones:"
"Lights flickered and the electronic equipment began to have issues. The crowed screamed and ran. Sparks flew from the lights and electrical equipment. The structure fell to the hard dusty ground."
