Global Stem Cells Group and Regenestem Announce Plans to Separate Into Independent Companies
MIAMI, Fla. (PRWEB) September 22, 2015 -- Global Stem Cells Group and Regenestem / Regenestem Network have announced that, due to explosive growth and internal restructuring, they will be separating into two independent companies as of Sept. 21, 2015. Regenestem founder, president and CEO Ricardo De Cubas says the move will help the stem cell research and treatment pioneers’ ability to serve clients by operating as two independent companies.
Regenestem has operated as a division of Global Stem Cells Group since 2012, with Regenestem Network joining GSCG in 2014. In just three years, the Global Stem Cells Group grew into one of the world’s premier providers of regenerative medicine, research and education opportunities.
De Cubas will head the newly independent Regenestem and Regenestem Network. Benito Novas, president and CEO of Global Stem cells Group, will head the GSCG brand independently.
Both DeCubas and Novas say the separation will be a smooth one that will not affect patients or company services.
Under the direction of Global Stem Cells Group, Regenestem expanded its clinical presence and partnered with qualified physicians experienced in stem cell therapies to open new clinics worldwide. In 2014, the Regenestem Network’s presence was expanded to include 20 countries with new, state-of-the-art regenerative medicine facilities offering a variety of stem cell treatments to help patients with a variety of diseases and conditions including arthritis, autism, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), diabetes, and pain, attracting patients from the United States and around the world. Regenestem clinics provide services in more than 10 specialties.
Both Global Stem Cells Group and Regenestem will remain certified for the medical tourism market, and continue to operate with staff physicians who are board-certified or board-eligible.
Global Stem Cells Group and Regenestem will remain committed to the highest of standards in service and technology, expert and compassionate care.
