CUE Hosts Google In Education West Coast Summit Reduced Fee Available for Registered Annual Conference Attendees

The Summit’s timeframe was chosen specifically so that Annual Conference-goers could both maximize their investment and minimize travel-related expenses. A Google in Education Summit is “an open, one- to two-day event primarily focused on Google Apps for Education but can also cover additional Google products like Google Earth, YouTube for Schools, Google Search, etc. These are events organized by members of the Google Apps for Education community for members of the community,” according to the Google in Education Community Events website. As campuses across the globe adopt Google solutions to support student learning, powerful but affordable professional development is essential. CUE’s Summit will provide two keynotes and dozens of sessions with hands-on activities led by Google Certified Teachers and Google Apps Certified Trainers, including instructional strategies tied to the new Common Core State Standards.
