Grace Century, FZ LLC Announces the Signed Exclusive Letter of Interest between Tokyo Associates and Quantum Innovations, Inc. for Market Penetration into Asia
Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (PRWEB) September 05, 2013 -- Grace Century, and international research and private equity company (based north of Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates), has announced the completed agreement between Quantum Group, Inc. and Tokyo Associates to make its first inroads into Southeast Asia.
The basis of the LOI is for Quantum Group’s subsidiary, Quantum Innovations (QI), to license the proprietary technology platform Personal Wellness electronic Record® (PWeR®) to the new entity, Vietnam Electronic Health Records (VEHR), in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

QI will license PWeR®, a Software as Service platform (SaaS), as “PWeR® Vietnam” to this joint venture (VEHR) for five years from the date of a signed agreement for use exclusively in this specific market. In addition, extended consecutive options may be granted based upon achieving defined goals, and /or continuing technical support payments and licensing fees.
QI has worldwide licensing rights to the trademarks, approved and pending patents, and other intellectual property associated with PWeR.® QI has retained these rights from the Quantum Group, Inc. which owns and reserves these rights under certain unalienable rights and conditions.
