Green Planet Festival Brings the Best in Sustainability & Green-Living to Phoenix, Saturday March 7th

The Green Planet Festival will be the first of its kind in the Southwest, ushering in a new era of what it means to be green in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Featuring dozens of sustainable and healthy living exhibitors, fitness demonstrations, innovative speakers, an eco-fashion show and more, there’s certainly something for everyone at this groundbreaking event. Activities aside, one of the biggest aspects of this event is its small footprint. Committed to sustainability in every action, the Green Planet Festival is set to achieve carbon-neutral status through partnerships with such notable organizations as 1% for the Planet, Carbon Fund, and the United States Green Building Council. When asked about his goals for the event, co-founder Steven Tripoli explained: "Ultimately, we want to reach as many people as possible and encourage everyone to find their very own definition of sustainability. We want to show everyone the best-of-the-best to make it easier to make the right decision."
Green Planet Festival Phoenix will include products and services from a variety of categories including food, sustainable beer and wine, fashion, pets, kids, yoga and health to home construction and design. Festival attendees can flavor organic, vegan/vegetarian foods, take part in hands-on cooking and fitness demos, educational activities and experience inspirational speakers.
