In September, Jeremy Prevost, CEO and Colin Martodam, COO of Orange County, California and Las Vegas, Nevada’s Greenstar Home Services ‘Green It Up™’ released information on the company’s “President’s Guarantee” – a direct connection to management for customers. Last month, Greenstar Home Services ‘Green It Up™’ announced their “President’s Guarantee” – a direct connection to management for customers.

This initiative aims to provide superior customer service for homeowners in the Orange County, California and Las Vegas, Nevada regions.

The “President’s Guarantee” includes a “5 Minute Concern Policy”- to address and take care of each customer concern in under 5 minutes, as well as direct client access to Jeremy Prevost, Greenstar’s CEO.
