Five Star Professional is pleased to announce Thomas C. Grella Sr., JoAnne E. Grella and Bridget M. Grella of Grella Financial Services have been chosen as three of Boston’s Five Star Wealth Managers for 2016.

Five Star Professional partnered with Boston magazine to recognize a select group of Boston-area wealth managers who provide quality services to their clients. Thomas, JoAnne and Bridget are featured, along with other award winners, in a special section of the February issue.

“We are the right size, and we offer the distinct advantage of independence and of a culture that focuses on the unique needs of the individual client. We take time to know you and to educate you,” says Thomas.

“To our clients, thank you for your loyalty and friendship. I say friendship because we listen and with that we have a unique closeness,” adds JoAnne.

The Five Star Wealth Manager award program is the largest and most widely published wealth manager award program in the financial services industry. The award is based on a rigorous, multifaceted research methodology, which incorporates input from peers and firm leaders, along with client retention rates, industry experience and a thorough regulatory history review.

“I am both honored and humbled by this award,” says Bridget. “My belief is that we need more guidance in our financial lives. We didn’t get just our eye color from our parents; we also established the foundation for how money affects our lives and how we use or abuse it. So often we need a resource, a guide, a trusted ear. I began my career seeing a real need to help my grandparents address and answer so many of the confusing financial questions faced by not just our seniors but all of us. It is my goal to help the head of household take back financial control and create a better financial life for themselves and the people they love.”

“The research behind this award is extensive, with each wealth manager being thoroughly vetted from numerous angles. We are proud to showcase these distinguished professionals,” says Jonathan Wesser, Research Director, Five Star Professional.
