The new app delivers faster navigation, integration with FourSquare making it simpler for a traveler to specify their pick-up or drop-off point when they don’t know the exact address, access to ride history to expedite future bookings and the ability to customize and adjust pick-up times for airport pick-up rides. The new GroundLink Android app is available for immediate download at Google Play.

The GroundLink mobile app, rated “best in class” by USA Today, allows travelers the ability to schedule rides in advance (and on-demand in New York City). Travelers simply input their pick-up and drop-off location, select the class of vehicle they prefer and then see a full price breakdown of the trip before booking. Once the driver is on the way, travelers can track the car on a real-time updated map, see the drivers information and can call the driver directly if necessary. Upon ride completion travelers can exit seamlessly and an e-receipt is sent via email.
