Kathy Armstrong Appointed to Maryland Transportation Authority Board

Armstrong, who was appointed to the Board on Sept. 1, brings decades of finance experience and will sit on the board’s finance and human resource committees. The MDTA finances, owns and operates the state’s eight toll facilities. MDTA Board Members, who are appointed by the Governor with consent of the state Senate, serve as the agency’s policy setting and governing body.
