Indiana Wesleyan University Invites Community to Celebrate MLK
Marion, IN (PRWEB) January 03, 2014 -- IWU will host a community-wide celebration to honor Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Friday, January 17, 2014 at 6:30pm. The MLK Celebration Concert, Living the Dream, takes place in the auditorium of the Phillippe Performing Arts Center on the main campus of Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, IN.
Indiana Wesleyan University’s Multicultural Enrichment Council will present an evening of gospel music featuring more than 120 voices comprised of IWU students, faculty, staff and the Grant County community. Immediately following the concert, a reception will be held in the IWU student center commons with live entertainment from the IWU Jazz Combo.
