Featured Abolitionist of Sex Trafficking in Upcoming Film ‘In Plain Sight’, Jenny Williamson Shares This Documentary at Premiere Event at The Crest Theatre on October 15
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 -- Very few people are as involved in the abolition of sex trafficking as Jenny Williamson. Williamson is the founder and CEO of Courage Worldwide, an international, non-profit organization dedicated to building homes around the world to house children who have been the victims of sex trafficking. Williamson, a member of Abolition International Shelter Association's advisory board, is featured in 'In Plain Sight', a documentary about hope and freedom for survivors of sex trafficking. On October 15 the film, on which Natalie Grant is narrator and Executive Producer, will premiere at the Crest Theatre in California.
Jenny Williamson is also excited to announce that her new book, 'Do You Have the Courage to be You?' is set to launch in April of 2015 with Next Century Publishing. The book’s title was the question that radically altered the trajectory of her life, launching her forward into the discovery of an incredible destiny. As she approached her fortieth birthday, Williamson felt stuck in a mediocre, comfortable life. Finding the courage to break forth into the unknown was her aim; she hopes to inspire all her readers to do the same.
Williamson believes that before one is born, they are planned for and created with a specific, unique purpose. If a person never does the thing they were created to do, that thing will never be done. Her journey led her to the work of sex trafficking and slavery abolition, and creating a safe place and family for the survivors who bear the scars from their experiences in the illegal sex trade. As a professionally trained life coach, Williamson knows that she can help others find the courage to live their unique, important purpose.
'In Plain Sight' will also have premieres in Baltimore, Little Rock, Houston, Dallas, and Nashville before being released to the public in January. For full, official details visit http://www.inplainsightfilm.com/ and http://www.inplainsightfilm.com/ and http://www.inplainsightfilm.com/premieres/.
