(ICTL), (or “ICTV”), a direct response marketing and branding company focused on the health, wellness and beauty sector, has entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Ermis Labs, LLC, in which ICTV has obtained the exclusive worldwide rights to manufacture and distribute their line of Coral Actives acne treatment and skin cleansing products. This agreement extends ICTV’s presence in the health, wellness and beauty industries and gives it an ability to offer its customers and audience a differentiated solution in the acne treatment and skin cleansing area.
The Coral Actives product line consists of a cleanser, a 2-step acne treatment with retinol exfoliating cleanser, penetrating acne serum gel, moisturizer and cleansing bar. ICTV plans include further development and build-out of a continuity program, production of a new direct response television marketing infomercial and expansion of distribution channels.
Coral Actives products are based on Sea Whip Coral, a soft coral found in the Caribbean. It provides a very potent natural anti-inflammatory extract that is safe, effective and environmentally friendly. Sea Whip has been found to inhibit 90% of the inflammatory enzyme, phospholipase.
In addition to Coral Actives being sold directly at CoralActives.com, it is currently available at several retailers including Bed Bath & Beyond, Wegmans, Kinney Drugs, Bartell Drugs, and Discount Drug Mart.
