Safer Cable Tie Invented by InventHelp Client (TOR-9187)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 -- Cable ties are used to fasten many things, and they're used for a wide varity of tasks, but all of them have something in common: danger. "As a licensed electrician, I’ve used thousands of cable ties," said an inventor from Listowel, Ontario, Canada, "so my desire for a better and safer model is based on experience." He then created a prototype of an idea.
The patent-pending Cable Tie 8000 allows for improved cutting of the excess section. It prevents a sharp edge in order to help avoid injuries, which promotes safety. Workable with standard hand tools rather than specialty tools, the tie is ideal for tradesmen and DIYers.
