InventHelp® Client's Invention Assists Caregivers in Lifting Patients (BGF-750)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 06, 2014 -- Many people have very limited mobility due to age or physical disability, so they need assistance. Since assistance can be difficult even for the most experienced caregiver, however, an inventor and nurse with 17 years of experience from Davison, Mich., designed a way to optimize stability and ergonomics for both the giver and receiver of care.
She then created a prototype of the EZ SAFETY LIFT, an accessory that provides an easier way for a caregiver to assist a person in standing up, sitting down and moving from site to site. This optimizes stability and security, which promotes safety, peace of mind and more independence. Ergonomic, compact and easy to use, the accessory is ideal for nurses, home-health aids, physical therapists and caregivers.
The original design was submitted to the Bingham Farms office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
