Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Blood-Sample Manager (PND-4440)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 11, 2014 -- "I was recently dismissed from a nursing job because the wrong label was placed on the wrong patient's blood," said an inventor from New Gretna, N.J. "I was told that this is due to a zero-tolerance policy. My invention prevents such mishaps, while also fulfilling the need of the NJ Nursing Association for everything to be paperless."
She developed the PATIENT LAB SCANNER PRINTER to make it easier to label and manage blood samples. The system prevents human error in tracking samples. This provides a foolproof way of collecting blood. The invention increases patient safety and improves the quality of care. Furthermore, the design ends paper trails.
The original design was submitted to the Philadelphia office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
