Safety System for Water Travel Invented by InventHelp Client (HLW-1334)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 05, 2014 -- Whether you own your own power boat or simply enjoy riding on one, there is now a way to feel safer on the water. Thanks to an inventor from Hialeah, Fla., boaters have a better way to keep their boat afloat.
He designed the patent-pending AIR BAG FLOATATION FOR POWER BOATS to keep a power boat from sinking in the water. As such, it helps save lives and prevents drowning, hypothermia and other injuries from boating accidents. Therefore, it improves water safety for power boat owners, operators and passengers. Besides that, it minimizes damage to vessels in distress by keeping them afloat and prevents them from capsizing in the water. It also allows time for rescue of stranded boaters. In other words, it gives passengers the opportunity to put on life jackets and signal for help.
The inventor's personal experience inspired the idea. "I got this idea while watching a search and rescue operation in the ocean on television," he said. "I wanted to find a way to keep power boaters safe in the event of an emergency."
The original design was submitted to the Hollywood/Miami office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
