For a long time an inventor from San Diego, Calif., has wondered about how wasteful the lint-filled air from the dryer is. "I applied my interest in wind, solar and thermal energy to invent a solution to this problem," he said.

B53 is a compact, easy-to-use device that minimizes energy use during laundry-drying cycles. It promotes clean air, cuts down on energy costs and benefits the environment.

The original design was submitted to the San Diego office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
