"I have extensive professional experience in property management," said an inventor from Ontario, Calif. "While working at multiple apartment homes in California, I saw that many residents paid their rent at the beginning of the month, which left the office swamped. He invented the Automated Drop Box to provide a self-serve and all-hours approach to collecting rental or lease payments for property-management enterprises. The unit makes it easier for tenants to pay rental or leasing fees.

This ensures that property-management companies receive their payments on time. The device streamlines the payment process, and it avoids lost or missed payments. Additionally, the invention improves the security of financial transactions.
