Inventor and InventHelp Client Develops Lumbar-Support System (FRO-155)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) June 06, 2014 -- Individuals suffering from back pain need hope for relief no longer, as an inventor from Fresno, Calif., has created a prototype for The Back Aide. The invention is patented.
The system offers complete and total lumbar support. This relieves pain while increasing range of motion. The device helps to minimize the need for medications. It also aids in performing pelvic tilt exercises.
The invention is an inflatable mattress that houses a series of air bladders. The unit can be equipped to hold cold or heat packs, and it can vibrate as well. The invention would enable the user to select incorporated therapy programs to relieve lower-back pain. Also, it educates the user about proper spinal alignment.
The inventor's personal need inspired the idea. "I injured my back and longed for a therapeutic system to heal it, which is what led me to invent this," he said.
The original design was submitted to the Fresno office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
