InventHelp® Client Patents “Battle Boost” – Invention Could Charge Phone and Boost Signal in Remote Areas
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) December 19, 2014 -- InventHelp, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Texas, has designed an electronic device that enables an individual to recharge a cell phone or PDA where no power source exists. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The “Battle Boost” could provide an alternative way to recharge an electronic device, while also boosting a signal of a cell phone or PDA. This device is ideal for places where no power source exists or in a remote area where a cellular signal is hard to come by. The invention could help to ensure an open communication line in an emergency situation, and is optimal for use by military personnel or outdoor enthusiasts.
The device would feature a hinged, fold-out dock, a telescopic antenna, a solar panel, a retractable USB port and a wireless-signal booster. To use, an individual places the cell phone or PDA in the dock, and then connects it to the USB port via a wire. The solar panel would recharge the device, and the signal booster could maximize the communication signal. When not in use, the Battle Boost could be folded easily for compact carry or storage.
“I’m in the Army, so I have personal experience with needing an alternative method of charging my cell phone and getting a successful signal when in remote areas,” said the inventor. “This inspired me to design a device that fulfills this need.”
InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 11-OCM-461 at (800) 851-6030.
