InventHelp® Client Creates Innovative New Birth Control Device (BMA-4697)
Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 14, 2016 -- A doctor from Marblehead, Mass., wanted to provide women with an effective new means of preventing unwanted pregnancies. As such he designed the patent-pending Birth Control Device – a safe and innovative intrauterine form of contraception.
The Birth Control Device would provide an effective means of preventing conception while allowing for normal menstrual flow. It would offer a hormone-free form of contraception without the side effects of pharmacological contraceptives and IUDs. It would also be more reliable than diaphragms, condoms and spermicides.
The inventor was inspired by the need for a more practical form of birth control. “I have known women that have died due to complications during pregnancies and abortions,” said the inventor. “As a doctor, it occurred to me to develop a safe and reliable new form of birth control to help women avoid unwanted pregnancies.”
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
