InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, Pa., is working to submit the D CUP & C CUP to companies for their potential feedback.

"My two little girls are always spilling their milk and juice, and I'm the one who has to clean it up," said an inventor from Johnstown, Ohio. "Or, the unused portion of milk remains in a sippy cup, and I find it days later under my car seat. I have wasted a lot of money on spilled milk and wasted beverages. This led me to develop better packaging for drinks to prevent spills and waste."

He developed the D CUP & C CUP to offer a better way to package various beverages, such as milk and juice. The design prevents spills and messes, which lessens the need for cleanup and minimizes stress. It also reduces waste. The unit features a compact, easily portable design. In addition, it is ideal for on-the-go families with young children.

The original design was submitted to the Columbus office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
