InventHelp Inventor Develops Braking System for Shopping/Grocery Carts (WDH-945)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) August 17, 2016 -- "I lifted a heavy box out of my cart to load it into my car, and when I picked it up, the cart rolled away down a hill," said an inventor from Rockville, Md. "Fortunately, it did not strike any other vehicles. The incident made me realize that there needs to be a way to stop runaway carts."
She developed the CART PARKING BRAKE to enable the user to apply a brake so that the cart does not move. This prevents the cart from rolling away when stopped. It ensures that the cart does not collide with other shoppers or vehicles. This is designed to enhance personal safety by reducing the risk of accidents. The invention thereby offers added peace of mind. Additionally, the brake is easy to apply and remove.
The original design was submitted to the Washington D.C. office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
