"I wanted something that was comfortable and supportive and would surround me and my son like a cocoon while breast-feeding him," said an inventor from Lucerne Valley, Calif. "I developed this pillow to meet all of my needs."

She developed the CATERPILLOW FLUTTERBYE CASE to be usable as a body pillow, support pillow or body covering. The pillow can be used as a breast-feeding support. The design enables the user to position it so that it supports the head, back, hips, knees, etc. This enhances comfort. The invention also doubles as a decorative throw pillow. In addition, it is producible in different shapes, sizes, colors and designs.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
