"Every time I’ve used a portable canopy for shade I’ve noticed that the airflow is restricted, which creates a hot pocket underneath the canopy, which in turn makes it hot and uncomfortable," said an inventor from Temecula, Calif. "Also, depending on the location of the sun, you may not even have shade directly under your canopy. You have to angle the legs of the canopy to capture the shade." This inspired him to design a better way to have shade.
The COOL SHADE serves as a cooler alternative to conventional nylon/canvas canopies. It provides maximum shade without impeding airflow and visibility. It also maximizes comfort and cooler temperatures under the canopy, as well as avoids wind damage to frame. Easy to use and producible in different versions, it's ideal for any outdoor activity or event.
