Electrical Connection Protector Invented by InventHelp Client (AUP-613)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) March 29, 2016 -- Both construction workers and those involved in do-it-yourself home improvement projects face the challenge of keeping electrical extension cords connected over long periods of time. Thanks to the ingenuity of an inventor from Pflugerville, Texas, however, there is now a safe moisture-proof environment available for these plugs.
He developed the patent-pending CORD UNITE to protect electrical extension cord connections against water and other damage. As such, it eliminates the danger of electric shock and guards against accidental disconnection. Therefore, it completely eliminates the need to tape or tie the cords together. At the same time, it improves the visibility of electric lines. Furthermore, it is durable to withstand continued exposure to the elements. It is also adjustable to fit different-sized plugs. In addition, it is convenient, effective, easy to use and affordably priced.
The inventor’s personal experience inspired the idea. “While doing construction and yard work around the house, including ceramic tile and other improvement projects, I found it inconvenient and time consuming to have to tie and tape electrical cords together,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Austin office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
