Dog Training Collar Invented by InventHelp Client (MWK-189)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) April 10, 2017 -- Have you ever been walking a dog that pulls incessantly for the duration of the walk? An inventor from Kaukauan, Wis., has come up with a unique and painless way to stop a dog in their tracks. This dog owner can prove the ease of use and affectability with any dog.
A prototype was developed for the patent-pending DO-IT-DOG-COLLAR to help correct behavioral difficulties. The main function of the collar is to distract the dog; distraction is key for training any animal to desist a current behavior. This collar is ideal for training or every-day walks that encounter small distractions such as other dogs or squirrels. The effort to operate is minimal and is as comfortable for the dog as a normal collar.
The inventor’s personal experience as a pet owner inspired the idea. “My wife had trouble walking our lab because he always pulled on the leash. I found that sliding a rope through his collar vibrated it and made him stop pulling instantly,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Milwaukee office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
