DOCK PILOT Invented by InventHelp Clients (BMA-4733)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) February 28, 2017 -- Two avid boaters from East Greenwich, R.I., thought there had to be an easier, safer and more efficient way to dock their boat. Out of necessity, they invented the DOCK PILOT.
With the patent-pending DOCK PILOT, gone are the days of hoping someone will be on the dock to help, struggling to reach for the rope with the moving current, or even worse: dangerously jumping off the boat to try to secure it! The DOCK PILOT provides a safer and more effective way to independently dock a boat.
The DOCK PILOT is an easy-to-reach retractable handle that pulls you into the dock safely and effectively. The invention features a durable design that is convenient and easy to use, so it is ideal for boaters. The DOCK PILOT can be easily installed in any marina, gas stop, your own personal dock or anywhere docking assistance is needed. Its sleek design and pivoting mechanism can be tucked away for obscurity when not in use. Additionally, the DOCK PILOT is producible in design variations, and a prototype is available.
"Our design is our DOCK PILOT that is always there to assist us!" said one inventor.
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
