Automotive Feature Invented for Easy Access to Fuel Tank - Designed by InventHelp Client (DLL-2944)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) May 25, 2017 -- Since time and effort are often in short supply, particularly when a car is in need of repair, there is good news for both professional auto mechanics and do-it-yourselfers. An inventor from Everman, Texas, has designed an automotive feature that simplifies the task of replacing the gas filter or fuel pump when the pump is located inside the tank.
He developed E Z DOOR to provide quick and easy access to these parts when such service is required. As such, it eliminates the need to jack up the car to change the filter or pump. Neither is there any need to drain the fuel. As a result, it saves time, effort and expense. It stands to reason, therefore, that it has the potential to improve productivity for auto mechanics. At the same time, it resists corrosion and leakage. Also, its simple design minimizes production costs. In addition, it is convenient, durable and easy to use.
The inventor’s personal observation inspired the idea. “After I listened to several conversations about how long it took to change gas filters and fuel pumps, I decided to see if there was some way to make that job less time consuming,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Dallas office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
